About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and fashion-conscious Denim Retail Specialist to join our team at Jay Jays in Rouse Hill. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by offering personalized styling advice and ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive store results.
  • Cash handling, processing sales, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate confidence and enthusiasm in approaching and connecting with customers.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Value integrity and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Show enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing circumstances.
