This is a unique opportunity to significantly impact internal productivity and strategic growth by shaping the digital backbone of business.
The Product Strategist will be responsible for:
- Requirements & Backlog Management: Translate complex internal user needs and business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Solution Design & Delivery: Partner with development team to design, deliver, and ensure high-quality, timely solutions for internal systems, particularly Salesforce.
- System Ownership & Governance: Oversee health, performance, and scalability of core internal systems, managing data integrity, security, and user access.
- Adoption & Change Management: Drive user adoption of new features and processes by developing and executing effective change management strategies, training, and communication plans.
- Performance Measurement: Track key KPIs for internal system usage, efficiency gains, and user satisfaction, reporting insights to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong cross-functional relationships, communicate roadmap progress, manage expectations, and influence decisions across diverse internal teams.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Managing product backlogs and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product requirements.
