We are seeking an experienced and results-driven PT Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a challenging role that requires strategic leadership, exceptional business acumen, and a passion for driving growth.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in fitness industry management, preferably in direct PT management, sales, or club management. They will possess excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to lead and manage medium to large-sized teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting, supervising, and training personal trainers
  • Liaising with industry partners to further spread recruitment capabilities
  • Compiling and producing fitness department reporting, including performance metrics, budgets, and KPIs
  • Ensuring compliance with all trainer qualifications, insurance, and related documentation
  • Achieving and exceeding budgets associated with the region

In return, we offer a competitive total package OTE of between $90,000 to $110,000 in the 1st year, and $100,000 - $120,000 in the 2nd year (based on growth and performance).
