Stellar Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading national civil contracting business that has established itself as a major force in Australia's civil construction sector. With a strong presence in the country's civil construction market, this company has secured a new $25m road/pavement construction project in WA and is seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Supervisor to oversee the on-site works.

About the Role

As a Senior Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and allocating resources, overseeing daily activities on site, and ensuring all works adhere to the site HSE management plan. The initial project will involve managing bulk earthworks, road widening, and overlay under MRWA specifications. You will also be responsible for driving an injury-free safety culture and ensuring HSE compliance across the site. This role will suit a proven Senior Civil Supervisor with demonstrated experience delivering multiple road and pavement construction projects in Australia for civil contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and allocate resources to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Oversee daily activities on site and ensure compliance with HSE management plan
  • Manage bulk earthworks, road widening, and overlay under MRWA specifications
  • Drive an injury-free safety culture and ensure HSE compliance across the site
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience as a Civil Supervisor on West Australian civil sector projects, including Main Roads/pavement construction projects (MRWA)
  • Proven success as a Civil Supervisor managing construction teams and effective utilization of plant and equipment to achieve project milestones
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise at all levels with various stakeholders
  • Ability to undertake 2/1 FIFO roster ex Perth
  • Perth based currently, with existing rights to live and work in Australia
  • Able to pass pre-employment medical/DAS testing
  • Able to furnish 2 favourable references from within the last 5 years
  • Clean WA C Class Drivers License
