Service Manager Assistant

A seasoned leader is required to join our management team as a 2IC Service Manager.

This role involves working collaboratively with the Service Manager to achieve success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating quality relationships with children, parents and staff
  • Assisting in managing daily operations including staffing and parent communications
  • Supporting and mentoring a team of educators

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis

Desirable skills and knowledge include:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within an early childhood setting
  • Demonstrated skills in working collaboratively with a diverse team
  • Proficiency in using relevant management software and tools
