**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director to join our team. As an Assistant Director, you will play a key role in supporting the Centre Director in providing high-quality early learning and care.

You will be responsible for collaborating with the leadership team to drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations, engaging with families and local community networks, and mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team.
