Customer Service Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer repairs and servicing to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Tag faulty products and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Keep customers informed of repair status and ensure prompt communication.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including invoicing, claims, and reconciliations.
  • Run weekly reports on repairs and service jobs as required.
  • Provide cashiering support when needed.
  • Advise customers of stock arrival and arrange delivery as requested.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer-focused retail or administration roles.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks with a flexible attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Capacity to think on your feet and manage workflow effectively.
  • Familiarity with Australian Consumer Law is desirable.
  • High energy levels, ambition, confidence, and flexibility are essential.
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to work well as part of a team.
  • Ability to service customers while managing work tasks around their needs.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions is an advantage.
