Service Excellence Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer repairs and servicing to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Tag faulty products and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Keep customers informed of repair status and ensure prompt communication.
- Assist with administrative duties, including invoicing, claims, and reconciliations.
- Run weekly reports on repairs and service jobs as required.
- Provide cashiering support when needed.
- Advise customers of stock arrival and arrange delivery as requested.
- Experience in customer-focused retail or administration roles.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks with a flexible attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Capacity to think on your feet and manage workflow effectively.
- Familiarity with Australian Consumer Law is desirable.
- High energy levels, ambition, confidence, and flexibility are essential.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to service customers while managing work tasks around their needs.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions is an advantage.
