Casual Customer Service Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a customer service professional, providing exceptional service and information about centre programs and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer interactions and provide information about programmes and services offered at the aquatic centre.
  • Process cash handling functions efficiently and accurately, including memberships, retail sales, programming and general enquiries.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all centre operations, including health and fitness, aquatic programmes and group bookings.
  • Ensure accurate point of sale transactions, cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Maintain a well-organised and clean retail area, with accurate record keeping.

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry qualifications, including Year 12 or Certificate III in Business Administration, or relevant experience.
  • Current registration to work with vulnerable people.
