Job Overview

This role involves working with a forward-thinking team to effectively manage risk and security. You will gain hands-on experience across various tech functions and be supported by knowledgeable professionals.

You will work on a mix of projects that shape the backbone of IT governance, risk, and compliance. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining IT standards and procedures
  • Keeping key registers and records up-to-date
  • Supporting internal control assessments and reporting outcomes
  • Collaborating with teams on privacy impact assessments (PIAs)
  • Contributing to awareness training efforts
  • Assisting with change management and data governance initiatives
  • Designing, testing, and improving IT controls
  • Preparing documentation for audits and compliance checks
Key Requirements

You should have a solid grasp of IT control frameworks like ISO 27001 or NIST and some experience with third-party risk and control assessments. You should also be comfortable with documentation and detail.

Absorb complex ideas, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, and be eager to grow in your IT or Governance, Risk, and Compliance journey.

Additionally, you should have strong analytical skills, be able to think critically, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
