About the Role:We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Financial Risk Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing bank statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess the risk associated with commercial and residential home loans.
Main Responsibilities:- Evaluate creditworthiness of potential clients
- Analyze bank statements and credit reports to identify potential risks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with lending guidelines
- Communicate risk assessments to management and recommend mitigation strategies
- Minimum 1 year experience in mortgage credit assessment or related field
