Job Summary

As a key member of our technical team, you will play a critical role in translating business needs into practical, scalable, and secure technology solutions that enhance member value and support organisational objectives.

About the Role

The Solutions Architect will design end-to-end solution architectures that align with enterprise standards, integrating systems and platforms to deliver seamless member experiences, and ensuring technical integrity throughout the solution lifecycle. This is a permanent full-time position, requiring strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and documentation of enterprise-grade solution architecture across multiple domains.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
  • Ensure solution architectures are delivered successfully by managing the target state design, adhering to architectural standards, security policies, and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and comprehensive guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and tools to support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in solution architecture across complex enterprise environments with a strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., TOGAF).
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and integration patterns.
