Key Role Overview

As a highly skilled Enterprise Solution Designer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the core technology platforms, particularly within strategic initiatives. This position requires leadership and guidance across the solution lifecycle, ensuring technical alignment with business strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and documentation of complex solution architectures.
  • Ensure solutions are robust, secure, accessible, and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate across teams to drive architectural coherence.
  • Provide technical oversight and manage resolution of delivery issues.
  • Represent the architecture function in stakeholder engagements and forums.
  • Align solutions with enterprise frameworks and roadmaps.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in architecture with broad technical expertise.
  • Proven experience leading the design of complex platforms.
  • Strong integration experience, including Salesforce and CRM systems.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Deep experience balancing competing priorities.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience acting as the bridge between business needs and ICT capabilities.
Suitable Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
  • Experience in government, health, or insurance sectors.
  • TOGAF certification or similar; exposure to Azure or AWS.
  • Background in enterprise architecture or solution design.
  • Experience in law enforcement or digital forensics contexts a plus.
