Senior Enterprise Solution Designer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design and governance of enterprise-scale solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable solutions for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Field Service, Customer Service, and the broader Power Platform.
  • Represent the business in key governance forums, ensuring robust and sustainable design decisions.
  • Provide technical leadership, solution assurance, and design reviews across delivery teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse).
  • Strong background in enterprise solution design, multi-environment deployments, layered architecture, and CI/CD pipeline practices.
  • Integration expertise with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs, and ESB technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of security, compliance, and data governance in large organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership in guiding and mentoring technical teams.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform Solution Architecture.
