About the Home
Bupa Willoughby is a modern care home set in a lush, leafy suburb on the Lower North Shore of Sydney. You’ll be close to the local community with neighbouring schools, churches, parks, shopping precincts, and transport links nearby. It consists of 85 beds, with various care units. Our primary goal is focusing on the health, lifestyle, and wellbeing of our residents.
Benefits of Bupa
We offer a supportive, collaborative, and caring team culture. Continual learning and development opportunities are available. Internal transfers across our care homes are possible. Discounts on Bupa products and retail partners are offered.
About the Role
You will work closely with other colleagues in the Care home, General Manager, and Centralized Admissions team as an Admissions Coordinator (Customer Services Consultant). Your responsibilities include delivering administration support across all aspects of care home operations. You will drive the “enquiries to arrivals” process and pipeline for potential residents at our facility. You will be the key point of contact who meets and tours prospective residents for admission purposes.
This role is being offered part-time at 15 hours per week.
Duties
Your duties include driving occupancy through local area marketing and admission activities. You will act as a trusted single point of contact for current and future residents, family members, and other lead source generators. Resident administration including enquiries, admissions, and maintaining occupancy targets is your responsibility. General administration including document control, filing, customer service, reception, and implementing organisational initiatives and community events as directed by the General Manager or Corporate Head Office are also part of your tasks.
