Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Administrator to join our team in providing administrative support to the care home.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a proactive approach. They should possess intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office Suite and have previous experience in a similar admin/customer service role.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting and overseeing the Care Home employee experience through administering rosters, payroll, training, compliance, HR, recruitment activities.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling enquiries and coordinating admissions.
  • Effectively lead the administrative function of the Care Home, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
