Job Overview:

The Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for managing website content, developing engaging articles and newsletters, creating promotional materials, coordinating end-to-end marketing activities, planning social media content, and providing support for events.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain website content
  • Develop high-quality articles and newsletters
  • Create promotional materials in print and digital formats
  • Coordinate marketing activities from start to finish
  • Plan and design social media content that resonates with the target audience
  • Provide support before, during, and after events

Key Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas
  • Taking initiative and promoting innovative ideas
  • Passion for marketing and communications with a strong understanding of industry trends
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Ads managers to measure campaign success
  • Understanding of social media and marketing strategies to engage the target audience
  • Ability to consider audience needs, policies, and deadlines
  • Comfortable with photography, videography, and video editing
  • Friendly and enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience with social media and marketing preferred but not required

About the Role:

This part-time position involves approximately 15 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a passion for marketing and communications and experience working with Google Analytics and Ads managers.
