Job Role:

Marketing Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective public relations and promotional activities, as well as advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects across various marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Enhance the hotel's online presence through web development and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate marketing communication strategies.
  • Align marketing activities with industry standards and best practices.
  • Assist in establishing annual marketing communication budgets.
  • Nurture relationships with journalists, thought leaders, and influencers in food, travel, and lifestyle.
  • Oversee content development across diverse media platforms, ensuring high-quality content on all materials released.
  • Manage crisis communications and coordinate photographic library and photoshoots.
Requirements:
  • Recent experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in brand positioning and effective marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns, including social media.
  • Experience with public relations, media outreach, reputation management, and crisis communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and marketing metrics.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
