As a Sales Team Leader, you'll play a key role in leading our sales team in the Rockhampton store. Your focus will be on creating a positive and sales-focused culture, and delivering profitable sales growth within the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales targets
  • Build the knowledge and capability of your team using our proven sales model
  • Contribute to the business' financial performance through labour management, profitable sales, and inventory management
  • Maintain compliance and legislative requirements within the store, with a strong emphasis on Consumer Law
  • Take pride in and uphold The Good Guys brand by ensuring all customers have a great experience and visual merchandising is of high quality

Preferred Experience

  • At least two years retail leadership experience
  • Demonstrated sales experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
