Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative Lead to oversee the development of impactful retail campaigns.

  • Designing visual assets for print and digital media across various touchpoints, including point-of-sale, promotional materials, and catalogues.
  • Collaborating with our Art Director to craft cohesive creative solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Ensuring precise typesetting and formatting of multipage documents, from product guides to catalogues.
  • Creating conceptual designs, style frames, storyboards, and visual presentations to engage clients.
  • Developing display banners and web assets to support campaign launches.
  • Liaising with production teams and suppliers to prepare artwork for print.
  • Presenting client-ready reports in Keynote & PowerPoint to communicate design rationale and strategy.

Key Requirements:

  • Strategic thinking skills with a focus on digital-first campaign ideas.
  • Experience working with retail clients or managing high-volume campaign rollouts across digital and print channels.
  • Ability to break down client briefs into effective, channel-specific design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of digital layout, responsive design, and typography.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD (or Figma).
  • Strong art skills across digital and print, including optimized assets for web and social media.
  • Proven experience designing and developing HTML5 banners, EDMs, and digital ad units.
