Senior Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator to lead and manage our teaching staff.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for improving teaching and learning outcomes, with a deep understanding of the relevant curriculum and demonstrated ability to lead and manage the implementation of school priorities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and effective teacher leader to make a significant contribution to the school community.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting colleagues to achieve improvements in teaching and learning, through modelling, collaborating and coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- To lead and manage the planning and implementation of high impact teaching strategies that respond to student learning needs.
- To coordinate and support colleagues to achieve improvements in teaching and learning.
- To monitor and assess student learning at a class, cohort or whole-school level, and use this data to inform teaching practice and drive improvement initiatives.
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated expert knowledge of the relevant curriculum.
- Ability to lead and manage the implementation of school priorities, and the teaching of literacy and numeracy skills across the curriculum.
- Exemplary interpersonal and leadership skills.
