Job Title: Senior Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring their room team to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and at least 2 years' experience as an Educator in a childcare setting. They will also possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, and a current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire your room team to deliver engaging, play-based learning
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate daily routines and educational programs
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual journey

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • At least 2 years' experience as an Educator in a childcare setting
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate
