Creative Brand Manager - Fashion & Lifestyle

Are you a visionary creative leader with a passion for fashion and brand building? We're looking for a Creative Brand Manager to take the reins of a fast-growing fashion brand and drive bold, resonant campaigns that connect with our audience and define our identity in the market.

Location : Alexandria, Sydney

About the Role :

In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for crafting and executing the creative and brand strategy, overseeing the end-to-end rollout of campaigns, events, and activations. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll lead a small team of creatives while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

What You'll Do :

Lead brand communication, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels

Develop and execute seasonal campaigns and shoots from concept through to delivery

Create a brand guide and establish distinctive brand assets

Manage campaign budgets and external partnerships (e.g., agencies, photographers, talent)

Oversee all creative output including ecommerce imagery, packaging, digital assets and social content

Guide PR and event strategies, including influencer and media activations

Analyse campaign performance and make strategic recommendations based on insights

Who You Are :

5+ years experience in a creative or brand-focused role, ideally in fashion or lifestyle

A strong creative eye with the ability to direct shoots and translate brand vision into compelling campaigns

A proven team leader who can mentor junior creatives and bring out their best work

Comfortable balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution

Excellent communicator with strong project management skills

Collaborative, calm under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Bonus if you have :

Experience working with ecommerce platforms and digital-first brands

  • Background in CRM

Background in PR, activations or influencer marketing

Graphic design or creative production experience
