Job Description

Our vision is to bring confidence and beauty to every day by inviting freedom of self-expression through each architectural store environment. As part of our team, you will play a key role in developing and executing a social media strategy across multiple brands and channels.

Key responsibilities include driving storytelling and engagement on key platforms, planning and briefing content shoots, and working closely with the Content Producer and Creative team to deliver impactful assets. You will also be responsible for recommending and implementing new content formats to engage audiences and drive sales.

Additionally, you will lead content and strategy execution for key events, partnerships, and activations, connecting offline retail experiences with online social presence. Collaboration with Marketing Manager is required to amplify partnerships and campaigns.

Staying ahead of new platforms and emerging technologies is crucial to keep Aje at the forefront of the industry. You will create annual social strategy, KPIs, and content roadmaps to achieve growth targets.

Responsibilities also include building innovative campaigns that align with brand pillars and seasonal storytelling, managing daily publishing, copywriting, and community engagement across all channels.

Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-4+ years experience within an organic social media-related role with demonstrable results
  • Extensive experience in creating highly-engaging content, suitable for specific target audiences
  • Excellent copywriting skills and strong verbal communication
  • Highly organised
  • Analytical, with an ability to analyse data and present results to senior stakeholders
  • A sound understanding of and passion for the wider fashion world
  • A deep understanding of the digital and social media landscape, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends and drive digital progression
  • Ability to think on a global scale, with both the domestic and international consumer in mind
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual details and accuracy
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • A passion to deliver excellent community management
