Pet Care Supervisor

As a Pet Care Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in creating positive experiences for pet owners. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance and support to the store team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and advice on pet health, nutrition, and wellness products.
Responsibilities- Provide supervisory assistance to senior management, driving business objectives and best practices within the store.
- Offer knowledgeable, caring advice on pet wellness products, fostering strong relationships with customers.
- Train and coach the store team to deliver excellent service, focusing on customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Ensure the store is well-organised and stocked, meeting customer demands and maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Support sales, returns, and large purchases, exercising discretion and tact when dealing with sensitive issues.
