You'll create connections, build trust, and make a real impact on the lives of pets and their owners.

Your Role :

  • Provide supervisory assistance to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
  • Offer knowledgeable, caring advice on pet wellness products
  • Build relationships with customers, delivering warm, genuine service
  • Train and coach the store team to achieve service excellence, meet business objectives, and follow best practices
  • Maintain store organization and ensure shelves are well-stocked (some heavy lifting required)
  • Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases
  • Handle opening and closing procedures, including security tasks

About You :

  • A genuine love for animals and people
  • At least two years' experience working in a high-volume retail environment
  • Friendly, patient, and eager to assist
  • Organized and detail-oriented
