Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Administrator to join our team at Carsales. As an Inventory Administrator, you will play a critical role in providing inventory specialist product and project support, answering questions, and resolving emerging problems that our customers face.
Key Responsibilities- Provide inventory specialist product and project support, answering questions and resolving emerging problems via phone, email, support ticket system or company projects.
- Accurately build and develop new and existing products across multiple platforms and CMS systems, ensuring compliance.
- Support website re-platforming activity to drive customer retention and encourage repeat and additional business.
- Provide internal and dealer training as required, relating to existing and new inventory-specific products.
- Quality Assurance checks and audits of inventory configurations and implementations prior to product delivery.
- Implement SEO best practices and monitor website analytics to optimise performance and user experience.
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and office suite including CSV, and TSV file types.
- Understanding of XML, and JSON file format inventory data for purposes of troubleshooting and configuration.
- Ability to understand technical issues and translate them to a non-technical audience.
- Expertise in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and how to better our web solutions for SEO.
- Good computer literacy and data entry skills, plus an intermediate understanding of HTML5 & CSS3 and Adobe Photoshop.
- Understanding of domain management, DNS and Zone updates.
