Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive growth initiatives in the South Pacific region.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans that align with regional business priorities, focusing on ROI and brand strengthening.
  • Implement a digital-first approach across all marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate with Sales and management teams to define event and campaign KPIs and ensure successful execution.
  • Maintain implementation of the marketing plan, adhere to budget, perform ROI analysis, and manage lead-to-revenue processes.
  • Promote thought leadership through PR and social media activities, aligned with corporate messaging and brand guidelines.
  • Build relationships with regional distributors and channel partners to generate demand and amplify business growth.
  • Collaborate with global, Asia Pacific, and local teams to execute campaigns and main programs.
  • Elevate consistent brand messaging across all channels and media.
  • Nurture relationships with customers, partners, agencies, and media to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a senior role.
  • A proven track record of success in PR, digital, and social marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of marketing infrastructure, including automation, digital marketing, BI, and analytics.
  • Excellent business and financial skills for developing and supporting marketing plans within budgets.
