Job Description:

As a festive sales associate, you will play a vital role in creating magical moments for our customers during the holiday season. Your primary responsibility will be to provide an exceptional shopping experience by offering personalized styling advice and support in our fitting rooms.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management, and cleaning
  • Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system
  • Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators
  • Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms
  • Build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with a strong sense of personal style
  • A can-do, positive attitude to all areas of work
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising
  • Exposure to large stock volumes, stock management, and in-store fulfillment
