We are seeking Chief Elves to inspire, motivate and lead teams of Elves in creating magical experiences for Santa's visitors. This dynamic festive season calls for calm leaders who can keep operations running smoothly and maintain the magic.

About the Role
  • Lead teams to deliver exceptional visitor experiences.
  • Manage daily operations, rosters and workflow with ease.
  • Welcome families and foster a joyful atmosphere.
  • Bring energy and positivity even on busy days.
  • Lead from the front, demonstrating warmth, professionalism and festive flair.
  • Oversee POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with attention to detail.
  • E nsure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality.
Requirements
  • A leader who inspires and supports others.
  • Great interpersonal skills (and patience with pets) essential.
  • Organised, adaptable and calm under pressure.
  • A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment.
  • Focused on delivering positive experiences for visitors and team alike.
  • Working with Children's Clearance required or willingness to obtain.
