The Role- Create unforgettable interactions with every customer encounter
- Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management, and cleaning
- Process transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators
- Offer personalized styling advice and support in fitting rooms
- A friendly and approachable attitude towards customers
- Ability to work well under pressure in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with a passion for styling and visual merchandising
- Ability to build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
Please note: our sales assistants must have full availability to work throughout November - January, including extended trade, weekends, and public holidays. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated area.
