Your Role

As Data Insights Strategist, you'll generate data-driven insights and identify business opportunities for your functional and cross-functional teams. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership and the data team to plan, prioritize, and deliver immense value to the business.

You'll be instrumental in defining the direction of the Hipages marketplace, applying your experience to find the best experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify data commercialization opportunities and develop business cases
  • Advise on hypothesis-driven testing and direct testing from conception to conclusion
  • Select, acquire, and integrate structured data from disparate sources
  • Oversee data analysts' activities and run code reviews to support team members
  • Collaborate with data engineers to productionize data assets
  • Build econometric and statistical models for various business problems
  • Develop data quality and governance within the organization
  • Research and recommend analytical methods and approaches for wider adoption
  • Contribute to open-source data projects, whitepapers, and research papers

About You

  • Degree qualified in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience in applying statistical and modeling techniques to drive insights
