Job Description:

Data Insight Strategist: You will lead a team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, data models, dashboards, and reports that support all areas of the business. Your primary objective will be to deliver actionable business insights to inform strategic decision-making across Sales, Service, Billing, Marketing, and Product.

You will bring a fresh perspective to this established function, applying your expertise in SaaS to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth. As a seasoned leader, you will mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, with a strong background in data engineering, analytics, or related fields.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in dbt and ELT processes, with a solid understanding of data warehousing principles.
  • Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data modeling techniques.
  • Experience with Python/R and SQL to drive business insights and develop data visualizations.
  • Familiarity with Tableau and other data visualization tools.
