We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Strategist to join our team at RX Australia Pty Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive customer insights strategy tailored to diverse industries. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret complex data, and excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to senior stakeholders.

This is a permanent full-time role based in our head office Chatswood, Sydney with the possibility of combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement a customer insights strategy for various industries
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze industry trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize event performance and client satisfaction
  • Lead the collection and analysis of data from various sources to understand industry-specific trends and preferences
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from event data and identify industry-specific trends
  • Collaborate closely with various functions to elevate relevant functional campaigns based on customer insights

As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with Exhibition Directors to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within each industry segment. You will also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators related to event satisfaction, attendee engagement, exhibitor ROI, and client retention.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. They will have expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques. Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate business priorities to identify corresponding research areas are essential.
