**Strategic Financial Director Position**

This role involves managing the financial health of our organization by maintaining budgets, maximizing profits and minimizing costs. The position will also involve leading planning and forecasting activities to achieve business goals and reviewing financial reports to prepare financial forecasts.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Reviewing financial information and providing analysis of ongoing performance
  • Developing new systems to improve financial performance
  • Undertaking investigations to identify areas for improvement
  • Providing financial predictions to inform business decisions
  • Implementing budgets for individual teams and the organization as a whole
  • Reviewing the overall performance of the Finance Department and identifying opportunities for improvement

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
  • Experience in maintaining accounts for financial services and preparing reports
  • Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
