Ruminant Sector Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary professional to join our team as a Ruminant Sales Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement a successful sales strategy for the ruminant sector in Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in this key market, leveraging their expertise in animal science and nutrition to deliver value-added solutions to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Providing technical presentations and product knowledge support to customers.
  • Managing pricing and distributor relationships to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in animal science, nutrition, or a related field.
  • Three years and above experience in technical sales, preferably in the ruminant sector.
  • Outstanding presentation, selling, and negotiating skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Clear, persistent, patient, and proactive communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in an unsupervised capacity while maintaining focus.

Working Conditions: The position is based in Australia or NZ and requires extensive domestic travel to visit major ruminant farms and regions.
