Animal Nutrition Sales Lead
Job Description- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Build and manage relationships with zoos, wildlife parks, aquariums, breeders, and specialty retailers.
- Identify new markets and distribution opportunities, including international expansion.
- Lead negotiations with key accounts and strategic partners.
- Mentor and guide a sales team, driving performance through clear KPIs.
- Collaborate with product, nutrition, and logistics teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities Summary:
- Sales strategy development and execution
- Relationship building and management
- Market identification and expansion
- Negotiation and partnership development
- Sales team leadership and mentorship
- Interdepartmental collaboration
10–15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Proven success in animal nutrition, agribusiness, pet food, or exotic animal feed markets is essential. Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of delivering growth, are also required.
