This pivotal role translates founding technologies into scale-up and industrial implementation, overseeing quality assurance and environmental management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The Quality Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing quality management systems (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 standards
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Analyzing quality data and implementing corrective actions to address non-conformities
  • Collaborating with production teams to develop and maintain quality control procedures
  • Training staff on quality assurance processes and best practices

The Environmental Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing environmental management systems (EMS) aligned with B-Corp requirements
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and legislation
  • Conducting environmental impact assessments and developing strategies to mitigate negative effects
  • Promoting sustainable practices and initiatives within the organization
  • Preparing and submitting environmental reports to regulatory bodies

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Quality Management or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality and/or environmental management
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and tools
