Job Summary

We are seeking a Sustainability Excellence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sustainability solutions and services that drive business results.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative team and contribute to the development of innovative sustainability strategies that promote environmental responsibility and social accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sustainable practices and policies across our operations
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate sustainability into business decisions
  • Engage with external partners and vendors to leverage best practices and technologies
  • Provide training and support to employees on sustainability principles and practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Several years of experience in sustainability roles, preferably in the building industry
  • NABERS accreditation and knowledge of Green Star, WELL, and GRESB frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas simply
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to build strong relationships
