Case Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to make a real impact in the lives of Aboriginal women by providing culturally safe, trauma-informed case management services in a therapeutic, all-female residential program.

  • Provide culturally safe, trauma-informed case management services
  • Support relapse prevention, harm reduction, and wellbeing programs
  • Build strong connections with clients and their families
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate case notes
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Community Services (AOD) or related qualification
  • Experience in case management within AOD, therapeutic, or community settings
  • Strong communication and cultural awareness skills
