FSI Account Manager

We're passionate about creating a better future through technology and innovation at Optus. As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping our strategy and executing plans to win new business within the FSI Account segment.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and win new business within designated large key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
- Achieve orders targets and maintain high sales activity levels to generate an effective opportunity pipeline.
- Build and exceed customer satisfaction through strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate and complete CRM system records and provide timely reports to management.
About You
- Extensive experience in relationship/strategic selling, preferably in Telecommunications.
- Proven track record in handling key technical relationships and selling strategic business solutions.
- Strong planning, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate complex organisational and political customer structures.
- Strong team-working skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM systems.
