Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Policy Manager to lead our policy team and drive systemic reform through strategic policy development, advocacy, and knowledge generation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of influencing policy change and will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction across policy functions to ensure alignment with organisational priorities.

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction across policy functions to ensure alignment with organisational priorities
  • Partner with experts, researchers, communities, and practice leaders to generate new knowledge that informs policy and systemic change
  • Develop and deliver policy materials including policy briefs, submissions, and policy positions
  • Lead projects that generate diverse forms of knowledge and elevate Lived Experience

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in public policy, social sciences, law or related field
  • Minimum five years' experience in senior policy or advocacy role with a proven track record of influencing systemic reform
  • Experience working directly with victims and survivors, or in adjacent sectors where lived and living experience engagement is central
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences
  • Alignments with the mission to disrupt child sexual abuse and bring about systemic change
