We are seeking a senior construction leader to oversee the planning and execution of national capital works portfolios, encompassing full knockdown rebuilds, format upgrades, and equipment rollouts.
This strategic role requires proven expertise in program management, with the ability to govern multiple concurrent workstreams across national portfolios while ensuring strategic alignment, robust governance, and seamless integration at scale.
The successful candidate will have experience in corporate construction, exposure to multi-site retail rollouts, and a strong commercial acumen as well as an understanding of project/program management tools and systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex multi-site programs.
- Manage integrated master schedules and resource planning for national retail developments.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cohesive project outcomes.
- Drive contractor performance, scope control, and risk mitigation throughout all phases.
- Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and statutory obligations on all project sites.
- Provide concise reporting for executive leadership on progress, risk, and performance metrics.
