Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic renewable energy project development professional to lead the development stage of multiple renewable energy projects, focusing on solar and battery energy storage systems (BESS).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, permitting, and regulatory compliance processes. They will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, landowners, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Ensure projects meet all technical, environmental, and safety standards.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy project development, with a focus on solar and BESS, is also required.

Preferred qualifications include experience with wind energy projects and strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
