We are seeking an experienced Urban Planner to join our team. This is a fantastic chance for someone to take on a new challenge and advance their career.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate progress and proposals in the land administration function relating to land assembly, including acquisitions, closures, dedications, disposals, amalgamations, caveats, easements, public access ways, right of way closures, and roads.
  • Manage property systems effectively.
  • Coordinate internal workshops relating to capital works projects.
  • Negotiate and liaise with agencies such as Landgate and the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage.
  • Assist with reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Urban Planning (desired).
  • Expert stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven problem-solving expertise.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in Urban Planning (desired).
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Blue/White Card.

Working Conditions:

  • 8-hour shift.
  • Day shift.

Relocation Requirements:

  • Able to commute or relocate to Gosnells, WA 6110 before starting work.
