We are partnering with a leading private property development company that has a proven track record in delivering successful projects in residential and industrial land, as well as mixed-use built form.

Job Opportunity

In line with ongoing growth, we require an experienced residential land development professional to guide team members and projects alongside our existing leadership team.

You will be responsible for a portfolio of master-planned estates in the Perth Metro area, working closely with our business across leadership, finance, administration, sales, and marketing to deliver on overall business outcomes.

Autonomy and authority will be given, with a longer-term view of you stepping into a Project/Development Director role.

  • Manage people and create a culture of performance and accountability.
  • Have extensive land development experience across the full life cycle, allowing you to successfully manage a portfolio of projects and people.
  • Be a commercially-minded manager with a desire to grow your career and be part of our senior leadership team.
  • Have appropriate interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships within our business and related external parties.
  • Have successfully led teams in a similar role with at least 5 years as Senior Development Manager or Project Director.
  • Have over 15 years of industry experience post-graduation of a property-related degree.
  • Have a focus on ongoing self-improvement and growth, as well as an active network gained by attending industry events.
