**Job Summary**

The Senior Scheduler position is a critical role in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and efficient resource allocation.

This role requires strong project management skills, including loading, monitoring, and generating project reports to support program management.

  • Project Planning: Optimize project schedules, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage and coordinate project planning and scheduling systems, work processes, and reports necessary to support the total program of work.

As a Senior Scheduler, you will provide functional support of project control activities, including project baseline schedules, manhour budgets, labor resourcing, forecasting validation, and earned value assessment.

  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Project Managers, Engineering Managers, Clients, and Sub-contractors to identify potential changes in scope and quantify their impact using the Primavera tool.
  • Project Recovery: Assist Program Managers in identifying potential concerns about project delivery schedules and participate in the development of recovery and resolution plans.

Maintain current knowledge of individual projects and all amendments and change orders. Update information to Honeywell's forecast tool and build credible relationships with key stakeholders.
