About the Role

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Content Creator to manage our social media presence and develop engaging content that drives audience engagement.

This role involves managing daily posting, scheduling, and publishing across all our social media channels, as well as creating thumb-stopping content aligned with our tone of voice and visual identity.

The ideal candidate will have experience using social tools such as Meta Business Suite, Metricool, TikTok Ads Manager, Sprout Social, or equivalent, and possess strong copywriting skills, clear, creative, and brand-aligned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and publishing across all our social media channels.
  • Develop engaging, thumb-stopping content (copy, imagery, video) aligned with our tone of voice and visual identity.
  • Own and maintain the social content calendar in line with film releases, brand campaigns, and cultural moments.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments, DMs, and tags to nurture conversation and build brand loyalty.
  • Deliver weekly performance updates and monthly reporting with insights and recommendations.
Paid Advertising Campaigns
  • Plan, brief, and implement paid advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok, both brand-led and in collaboration with distributors.
  • Assist with campaign targeting, creative assets, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise as needed to maximise ROI.
  • Create post-campaign reporting and insights for internal stakeholders and distribution partners.
Collaborations & Partnerships
  • Coordinate social-led competitions and promotions with film distributors and internal teams.
  • Set up, manage, and report on campaign mechanics using tools like Woobox.
  • Handle prize fulfilment and reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure all activity is aligned with our brand and relevant film strategies.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team on campaign planning, collaborations, and cross-channel strategies.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, creative ideation, and team meetings.
  • Provide ad-hoc marketing support including reporting, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
  • Participate in office-wide initiatives and shared responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience managing social media accounts for a consumer-facing brand, ideally in entertainment, film, lifestyle, or media.
  • Proven success running organic and paid social campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience using social tools such as Meta Business Suite, Metricool, TikTok Ads Manager, Sprout Social, or equivalent.
  • Strong copywriting skills, clear, creative, and brand-aligned.
  • Basic graphic and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Understanding of content strategy, scheduling, and content performance metrics.
  • Ability to analyse data and make recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset, you're organised, adaptable, and keen to take initiative.
  • And most importantly: a passion for storytelling.
