About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our Independent Pharmacy channel, providing analytical support to internal Pharmacy sales and other stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include sales and trend analysis, group pricing management, budget and quota management, and promotional tracking and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales and trend analysis reports
  • Manage group pricing, allocations, and PharmX
  • Oversee budget and quota management for field, key, and national accounts
  • Track and analyze promotional activities
  • Manage third-party country reporting solutions for distributors
  • Design and manage incentives
  • Support group rebate, growth target, and customer initiative management
  • Develop channel forecasts and territory coverage analysis
  • Manage Cognos Analytics system schedules and distribution
  • Ensure data integrity and consistent delivery of business-critical reports

About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong analytical background, excellent numerical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded, as is experience with JDE and Aztec reporting systems, Cognos, or TM1.
