As a Business Analyst in our Independent Pharmacy channel, you will play a pivotal role in providing analytical support to internal Pharmacy sales and other stakeholders.

Indicative tasks include:

  • Sales and trend analysis and reporting daily, weekly, monthly (including scan data)
  • Group pricing management, allocations & PharmX
  • Budget & quota management for field, key & national accounts
  • Promotional tracking and analysis
  • Third party country reporting solutions (distributors)
  • Incentive design and management
  • Group rebate, growth target and customer initiative support
  • Channel forecasting responsibility
  • Territory coverage analysis and design for the field team
  • Cognos Analytics system management, schedules, distribution
  • Accountable for the consistent delivery and data integrity of business-critical reports

About you

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, using data to gather insights and provide clarity to the team.

Qualities and skills that will support your success in the role:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • High level of numerical and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to compile and analyse data
  • Experience in forecasting & modelling would be highly regarded
  • JDE and Aztec reporting systems experience would be an advantage
  • Previous experience using Cognos or TM1 an advantage
  • Highly motivated and organised
  • Advanced level of Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft applications
