In this key role, you will work closely with the Regional Brand and Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth and customer engagement. As a senior marketing executive, you will lead cross-functional teams to create and execute innovative campaigns that meet the needs of our diverse customer base.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans that align with Vicinity's overall business strategy
  • Liaise with retailers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
  • Create engaging content and campaign materials that resonate with our target audience
  • Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to optimize future efforts
  • Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners

About You:

  • You have a proven track record in marketing and communications, preferably in the retail or property industry
  • You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • You are an effective communicator and team player, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • You have a solid understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • You hold a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field
